Vertical Drum Heaters provide an easy, efficient, clean & economical way for the handling of viscous or low melting point solidified materials in Drums. Drum Heaters are mobile ovens heated by flexible surface heaters made from imported Nichrome wire. They are made in rugged designs and stand normal usage in chemical industries. The contents may either be melted completely and removed as a liquid, or they may be melted only at the surface touching the drum walls and removed as a solid block by tilting the drum. The heating in Drum Heaters is gentle and uniform, and there is no chance of local overheating.

Oil Drum Heater is heating on the surface of drum to make the concentration and viscosity of the liquid and coagulum inside decreased uniformly. In this way It will be easy to take out the liquid and coagulum in any season. The flexible drum heater has an Inside Ni-Cr Alloy heating wires. Outside is silicon rubber insulation material for Fast heating and long working life. Ni-Cr Alloy heating wire is wound around the alkali-free fiber-glass. Main insulation material is silicon rubber which is of high heat-resistance and insulation. These drum heater is soft and flexible resulting in snug fit over the drums.

Base Drum Heater is manufactured with all metal construction and have the thermostat control for temperature regulation up to 200°C. The heat loads are purposely kept low to provide even and mild heating most of the chemicals. Adhesives require fairly mild heating Standard Base drum heater has approx. 22” diameter over which all types of drums can be kept. Certain materials do require heating from the bottom and hence this arrangement is ideal.
